Return Policy & Warranty Information

Return Policy Requirements: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the performance of any equipment within the 30 day warranty, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping,wire,flags cost).  As with all 30 day Warranty returns must be in "as-new" condition with original packaging (also in "as-new" condition).  All instruction manuals, accessories, parts, etc. which came with the original shipment must be returned.  Prior to returning the equipment, RadioPet.com  must be physically called  for return authorization & shipping instructions.  Refund will be made after the equipment is received, inspected and verified to be in good working  condition which can take up to 30 days. On your Invoice will be a detailed instruction list for returning a product to RadioPet®, The list must be followed to the exact instructions for the return to be valid. If you fail to follow any of the return instructions or if you fail to return the product to our facility within the 30 day period under the 30 Day Warranty period you will void the return policy and no returns will be allowed.

Note: if the products are worn to the point they can't be rsold as " As-New" products the 30 day  warranty is void.

Manufacturer Equipment  Warranty:   This warranty covers any failure of the equipment due to defective material or workmanship.  This warranty is provided by the equipment manufacturer and is void if the equipment has been used for purposes other than it's intended purpose, abused or damaged due to improper handling or installation.
